Welcome to DY Pilates

We are a Classical Pilates Studio in Hednesford, located near Cannock Chase.  We teach private 1-1 and 2:1 lessons and also small group classes using apparatus including the Reformer, Spine Corrector, Tower, Wunda Chair and Baby Arm Chair.

We teach small group mat classes in the studio, online and in community halls around Hednesford.

I am also a fully qualified

Muscle Activation Techniques MAT® Specialist.

I specialise in teaching the original work of Joseph Pilates.
